Design and development of IR Suppression Systems to eliminate the high contrast radiance sources and make naval platforms appear as an extended low IR radiance object to merge with ambience. This is designed to increase the combat effectiveness and survivability of military aircraft. It reduces the range at which the IR missile can detect and lock on to the aircraft, and it improves the effectiveness of the jammer and flares by increasing the jammer-to-aircraft signal.
IVA’s Auto ML tool will allow for the efficient development of high-performance and robust designs to simulate engine exhaust flow conditions and can be used to test key integration issues like maintenance access, fluid flows in and around the engine and operability of other systems on the aircraft.
